Hi guys, I'm trying to get the HP Openview Service Desk Client (4.5) running on PS 4.5 but with little success. The application keeps prompting that my working directory is causing an exception. I can run the app locally on the server but when trying to run it though a Citrix Session it bombs out.

I have the application location command line set up as: 'D: program files Hewlett-Packard OpenView service desk 4.5 client bin sdlaunch.exe''D: program files Hewlett-Packard OpenView service desk 4.5 client bin sd_client.ini' with the working directory set to: D: program files Hewlett-Packard OpenView service desk 4.5 client No matter what I change the working directory to it still prompts saying 'Exception' and then lists the working directory path. I've seen this working on PS4 but never on PS 4.5 and I'm wondering if anyone else has been able to get this working or can point me in the right direction. Thanks Chris.
